A charming hotel located on the canal, only 300 metres from the Market Square. Rooms are kept to a high standard with some offering great views over the canal. All in all an excellent hotel in a good city centre location.
The hotel is housed in a traditional style building. The lobby is small with a compact reception desk. It is very welcoming and full of antiques. The rooms vary in size from small to large and are kept in very good condition. Each room has its own characteristics, such as wooden beams or four poster beds. They all differ in style and are, once again, beautifully appointed with antiques. The bathrooms are also in very good condition and are decorated mostly in black and white. Located on the ground floor, the breakfast room resembles a Louis IV lounge with chandeliers and high ceilings and grand curtains on the windows. This room, and a few others which resemble it, are where lunch and dinner are served. However, these meals are available on request only.
