hotel is in excellent location, but apperars old and is like a rabbit warren not good for elderly. for some reason our booking despite being made by justonehotel had not come through to them. the reception staff were wonderful and very efficent at sorting it out and gave us a room, although it was not what we asked for and was on the small side for just one night it was ok.
Top Tip

Stayed here before and we've come back, so that says a lot. Location is superb.
Top Tip
Hire a bicycle from the hotel and investigate Brugge on two wheels as well as your feet.

Great place to stay, only problem was unable to get into room until 3pm, but don't let that put you off. You couldn't stay in a more central location.
Top Tip
Don't bother going up the Belfort, just admire it from below. Its not worth the effort to get to the top as most of it is closed off.

Quite complicated to get to dining area, which was in the basement of an accompanying building. STaff were very helpful and accommodating.
Top Tip
lots to see and do - best advice to get the Brugge City card which is very good value for free travel and entry to many sites/tours/museums around the city - also get free guide book and map.

Room was very small with little hanging /storage space. The publicity pictures of the bedrooms were mis leading.
Top Tip
Could not be better placed for facilities although the attached restaurant was too expensive for regular dining
